In 2008, my wife and I purchased a 2009 Honda Accord from Piazza Honda of Philadelphia.  Our salesman was Al Meloni.  He provided us with professional and courteous service from the time we walked into the showroom until we pulled out of your lot in our new car.  But Al's customer service didn't stop there.  He followed up with email, asking us how we liked our new car and to let him know if there was anything else he could do for us. 

This past spring,we were in the market for a new car for our son.  My wife and son went to the Auto mall to look at cars when my wife said she wanted to go to Piazza Honda to see if Al was working that day.  Sure enough, Al was at his desk with a customer.  My wife explained to Al that we were looking for a new car for our son.  About a week later, our son was driving off your lot in a 2012 Honda Civic.  While the sales personnel at another Auto mall dealership tended to be overly assertive in trying to make a sale, Al gave us the time and space we needed to make our decision and purchase. 

In closing, it was a pleasure doing business again with Al Meloni and your team at Piazza Honda of Philadelphia!

"Great Service!!"

I headed to Philadelphia for an overnight trip with my mother and two children in my 2007 Honda CR-V.  While traveling on the Jersey Turnpike somewhere in Southern Jersey, about an hour and a half or so, from our hotel in Philadelphia in the A/C stopped working in the car and we started to hear something rattling underneath the car.  My brother works at a Honda dealer in New York and I called him to find a dealer near where we were.  He sent me to a dealer in NJ where no one was available to help us.  We ended up making it to our hotel and I called Piazza Honda of Philadelphia to see if I could make an early appointment in the morning, the service advisor said no problem.  I explained we were from out of town and what the problem was with my 2007 Honda CR-V.  He told me to have a seat in the waiting room and he would let me know after the mechanics took a look at the car.  After about an hour or so Marc called me up to his desk and explained what the mechanics had found, what the solutions were and what options I had.  He made sure I understood what he was telling me and reassured me the car was safe for my family to ride the 3 hour drive. Since the parts needed to fix my car wouldn't be in the shop until after the weekend, Marc asked if I wanted to call my brother in NY so he could order the parts and have them there for Monday.  Marc was patient and if I lived in the area, he would have won me over as a repeat customer.  It was a pleasure working with him!

You guys really did an excellent job on my 2002 Honda Accord.  My wife uses the Honda to commute to the train station for work.  I'm never worried about her trip to and from the train station because the car runs like clockwork.  I will not trust anyone else with the car.  I live in NJ about a half hour drive from your Service Department and it might not seem to far but consider that there are other Honda dealerships a lot closer to me.  I still choose to cross the bridge to have my Honda serviced by your technicians even though sometimes the cost might be a little higher.  I have the peace-of-mind to know that every repair quote comes with an explanation before the repairs are performed.  Your Service Department representatives are honest and straightforward and the techs do the repairs and maintenance on my car keeping it driving like new.  If you could drive my 2002 Honda Accord blindfolded other than the "New Car Smell" you would think it was brand new.

I have owned 4 Hondas in my life, 2 used and 2 new.  The majority of the time all 4 of these cars were serviced at Piazza Honda of Philadelphia and I will continue to service my cars there.  The staff is very friendly and the waiting area is comfortable.  My service advisor, Christopher Calciano, is a great guy.  In the past with my previous cars, some of the issues I didn't understand, Christopher would physically show me the problem part and explain to me how it works and why the fix is needed.  I really appreciate that since I can see if a part of my car is broken/damaged, instead of taking someone's word for it.  Overall, Piazza Honda of Philadelphia is top notch compared to other dealerships I went to in the past.

Everyone at Piazza are very courteous and pleasant.  The waiting area was comfortable and even had some pretzels and a television set for those who waited.  They also checked for the recent recall issues, which I was unaware of.  I received the recall notices in the mail a day or two after.  I was happy I didn't have to go back.  The service advisors also looked into my other Hondas to make sure they were not included in any of the recall issues.

I'm writing to thank your service department for excellent service.  My family and I were heading toward Philadelphia for a weekend trip from out of state on Labor Day weekend, when our Odyssey began shaking violently.  We were able to make it to your service center in the late morning.  Kiran and the two gentleman running the shuttle service were excellent.  The Odyssey was diagnosed and repaired before the facility closed, thereby not stranding my family (including three children under five) in PA for multiple days.  The shuttle drivers helped to load and unload the shuttle with multiple car seats and were friendly and thoughtful with the children.  While this may seem like just good customer service, we appreciate it - Thanks again!

"Excellent Service"

I would like to express my thanks and appreciation to Marc Ferris in your service department for the excellent service we received on April 19th, when our 2003 Odyssey broke down in downtown Philly.  We were on vacation this week visiting family when our van broke down.  AAA gave us your phone number, so I called ahead and Marc Ferris answered, who told me to come in and that he would have our van looked at right away.  Marc greeted us warmly and showed us the waiting room.  Marc got our van in quickly, and about 45 minutes later, Marc called us back to the service desk and asked, "Do you want the good news or the better news?"  The good news was that our car was not seriously damaged and the better news that you had the part in stock and could repair our van in about an hour.  We were relieved of course, but we were hungry.  I asked Marc if there was somewhere nearby to grab lunch, he arranged your shuttle to take us to a nearby restaurant and then pick us up when we were done lunch.  We had a very enjoyable ride to and from the restaurant with your shuttle driver, Marty, who is quite a character.  About 3 hours after our problem had started; we were back on the road, heading to my Mom's house for cheese steaks and then the Phillies game.  Marc and Marty are to be commended for their excellent, caring service and great attitudes.

While on vacation in Philadelphia, my Honda Odyssey was rear-ended in a traffic accident.  We could still drive it-but there was a rubbing noise on the rear tire.  We brought it to your dealership, the next day (April 20th) and your service department sent us to your body shop down the street.  A young man from behind the counter "gladly" freed the metal from the tire and put our mind at ease for a safe trip home.  While this may not be a big deal to him ... being 300 miles from home in an unfamiliar city meant a lot to us.  Thank you again.

I just wanted to take the time to let you know how very pleased I am with the service I received at Piazza Honda of Philadelphia this week. I took my CR-V in on Monday evening and Irmarae Rosa was fantastic. My CR-V was my first car purchase and I was unsure of what to do when I was having issues with the throttle. Irmarae was very helpful and made me feel at ease. She called me back promptly the next day and explained in detail what was wrong. She also preemptively talked with the Warranty company and worked with them to ensure that I was getting the best possible price for my service. The work on my car was done by the very next day! I was completely surprised that it did not take long to complete the work. I found out that though the part they needed usually has to be ordered. Irmarae called another dealership in the Piazza network and was able to get the throttle component that was needed to repair my CR-V. I appreciate all that she did and I wanted to let you know what a great individual you have on staff. Last week, I had my car serviced at your dealership and I wanted to inform you that I was extraordinarily pleased with the service that I received.  I found the service personnel to be friendly and welcoming.  This started with the gentleman who greeted me when I drove my Honda CR-V up to the service bay.  I was greeted warmly by Mike Quinn and Greg Trower.  I do not live near any particular Honda dealership.  I have  tried many other Honda dealerships; and I can say that your dealership made me feel like you wanted to service my car.  It's the little things that you do - soft pretzels, USA today, rental car arrangement, complimentary car wash, the phone calls to update me about the status of the work and when it is completed and many more.  I find that this type of customer care is rare these days - a lot of people talk about delivering it, but Mike Quinn's group actually delivers it.

The service department is great.  The service advisors are very good at communicating.  They called to let me know that my car needed more work done and asked if they could proceed.  They found the problem.  They offered to send me a photo via email.  I really appreciated the extra effort.

The service was quick, the service advisors communicated with me very well.  I like the way the service desks, are set up, right by the door.  I received an estimate and was told it would take 2 to 3 hours.  I did not mind the wait, they have WI-FI, to keep me entertained.  The car was actually done faster than they said.

"Very pleased with the Service Department"

I wanted to share how pleased I was with the services provided by Irma in the service department.  Our Honda CR-V kept breaking down on the way from DC to the Philadelphia airport and once there, my husband had no choice but to leave the car in the airport hourly parking lot.  I had to find a way to get the car out of the lot and have it repaired before my husband returned in three weeks.  I fortunately found Piazza Honda and the service advisor, Irma.  I arrived from DC the next day and was able to get the car to Piazza and thanks to Irma, the car was diagnosed, fixed and ready for my husband when he returned from his trip.  Irma was very reassuring, highly capable and extremely pleasant.  Irma exemplifies the meaning of customer service and Piazza Honda is very lucky to have her!

"Great Piazza Honda Staff"

I'm trying to sum up my experience at Piazza Honda and the only word that comes to mind is "stunned."  I truly do not believe that you could have done more for us.  My wife and I work hard for our money and I rarely feel like someone worked just as hard for it.  Piazza Honda really took care of us and we appreciate it.  The staff has always been great to deal with, but our experience with our salesman, Brian, was top notch.  To my amazement you guys didn't stop there.  The service staff also wowed me with not only timely repairs, but quick in and out, friendly service - that is rare from what I am used to.  I don't think it is crazy to say that I believe I will only be driving Honda's from now on.

"Wonderful Experience"

I just wanted to comment that I had a wonderful experience at Piazza Honda of Philadelphia.  My civic was acting crazy and the standard tests were not producing any indications of what may have been wrong.  The service department was very courteous and gracious to me.  I very much appreciated the service that I received at Piazza Honda.  In the end, although the diagnostic tests were unable to identify the problem, the experienced mechanics at Piazza Honda made an educated guess to the cause of the problem and they were correct.  Since then, my car has been running beautifully.  I will definitely bring my vehicle back to Piazza Honda of Philadelphia for future service.  I just wanted to say thank you.  Happy Holidays!

"Great Service everytime!"

Piazza Honda of Philadelphia did everything they were supposed to do.  They took a reasonable amount of time.  They had to change my windshield wipers, rotate my tires, an inspection and changed the oil.  The car is running fine.  Every time I take it in, they fix it and tell me how long it is going to take.  Nobody has touched that car but them.

I have nothing but high marks for your dealership.  Jennifer answered my Internet inquiry very quickly.  Joe Reed was a pleasure to deal with.  Very responsive and honest.  Adam was also great.  Typically, the part of buying a new car that everyone dreads is the part of the process Adam handles.  But I found him to be very credible and helpful.
