"Efficient and Friendly"

"Great Service everytime!"

Piazza Honda of Philadelphia did everything they were supposed to do.  They took a reasonable amount of time.  They had to change my windshield wipers, rotate my tires, an inspection and changed the oil.  The car is running fine.  Every time I take it in, they fix it and tell me how long it is going to take.  Nobody has touched that car but them.

The girl who answered the phone was really nice and informative.  I thought I had to schedule an appointment, she said if I brought it right over, they could do it that day.  She called when it was done and told me that the tires were on special.  They had the car done in only a few hours.

It was not a huge service, just an oil change, but it cost me way less than I thought.  I also liked the fact that they drove me to work and picked me up in an awful rainstorm, was absolutely amazing.  They even helped me with directions to get around the floods!

I have nothing but high marks for your dealership.  Jennifer answered my Internet inquiry very quickly.  Joe Reed was a pleasure to deal with.  Very responsive and honest.  Adam was also great.  Typically, the part of buying a new car that everyone dreads is the part of the process Adam handles.  But I found him to be very credible and helpful.

 

I came from NJ to buy the vehicle.  Close to 100 miles from my house.  Glad there weren't any unpleasant surprises when I arrived at the dealership.

"Polite staff!"

The service personnel are polite.  They talked to me and told me what was going to be done.  My salesperson even stopped over and had a conversation with me.
